Siding In Memphis

I need to replace 2-3 panels of vinyl siding due to small holes/splits. The panels are not far off the ground and would not require a ladder. I know the details of the type of siding but do not have any extra materials I can replace the panels with.

needing vinyl sidings only on sides/back of house and wanting bricking in front of house installed, do you do such type of work and how much.
